ABOUT

Magda

website | twitter | soundcloud | facebook

Magda has become one of the most in-demand techno DJs in the world since joining Ritchie Hawtin's Minus back in 1998. Born in Poland and raised in Detroit, her surroundings have influenced her greatly, leading to a multitude of releases including the birth of her own label, Items and Things. Magda’s event series PERM focuses on her Detroit roots, drawing various lines between sound and aesthetic with lineups featuring Thomas Brinkmann, Matthew Dear, and visual artist Ali Demirel. With a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, Fabric mix CD, and other accolades under her belt, she continues to redefine what it means to be an artist in an underground scene that is ever-changing.

Mike Servito

website | twitter | facebook

Ghostly International affiliate Mike Servito is a product of Detroit who has developed his style by sharing the stage with the biggest names in house and techno such as Ron Trent, Mortiz Von Oswald, and Legowelt.  He showcases a diversity that comes from an in-depth knowledge of 80’s acid techno and jacking house, focusing on the sounds that are a part of his Midwestern roots. His residencies at The Bunker and UNTITLED have placed him among elite selectors such as Ryan Elliott, Matthew Dear, and The Black Madonna.

Onur Özer

website | facebook

Onur Özer cut his teeth in the club-scene of his hometown of Istanbul in the late 90’s. His passion for a refined, minimal sound helped push the city’s somewhat stagnant scene forward, and launched him head-first into the European club circuit. Since, he’s played venues like Frankfurt’s Robert Johnson, Berlin’s Watergate, and Ibiza’s Amnesia. He counts revered DJs like Zip and Ricardo Villalobos both as friends and as peers. Always one to push boundaries, his mentality as a DJ and as a producer is that of the digger, constantly searching for those rare or forgotten sounds that broaden the listener’s horizon and keep their feet shuffling.
